Precision machining process of ceramic parts:

 

1 raw material mixing: in the ball mill will be various components of the powder mixed evenly

 

2. Granulation: add certain forming agent into the very fine powder to make particles with similar particle size and good fluidity (about 80 microns), which is beneficial to improve the filling property and improve the filling density

 

3 forming: the use of liquid medium incompressibility and uniform transfer of pressure hydrostatic forming method, the powder is pressed into high density green, is the prototype of precision ceramic parts

 

4.Primary processing: the ceramic parts of hydrostatic green billet are processed before sintering


5 sintering: the green billet is sintered at high temperature. Under the condition of high temperature, the surface area of the green billet is reduced, the porosity is reduced, the mechanical properties are improved, and the high densification is realized, so as to complete the sintering molding of ceramic parts


6 secondary processing: the diamond tool is used for secondary processing of the highly densified sintered body. The hardness of the highly densified sintered body is close to diamond and the processing time is longer


7 inspection: to test the processed products (size flatness surface smoothness, etc.) visual inspection (gap crack, etc.)


8. Cleaning · Packaging · Shipment: Clean the qualified products, and the cleaned products will be packed in the dust-free workshop and sent to the destination
